From religious homophobia to changes in clergy, marriage and inclusion, religion has a profound impact on internal homophobia, external homophobia and social change. A distinguished panel examines these issues in this 5th annual National Religious Colloquy, presented in collaboration with the Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence. Dr. Arun Gandhi, Mahatma's grandson and Institute founder, moderates. Panelists include Reverend Jimmy Creech; Faisal Alam, Founder and Director of Al-Fatiha, an international Islamic association; Steven Greenberg, the first openly gay orthodox rabbi and author; and Mary Louise Cervone, National President, Dignity.

Sponsored by Calvary United Methodist Church, Congregation Beth Ahavah, Evangelicals Concerned, First Unitarian Church of Philadelphia, SILOAM Ministries, Tabernacle United Church, The Hermitage at Mahantango Spirit Garden, the Metropolitan Community Churches, and the Church of St. Asaph.
