Join us for this first-time presentation to a corporation, as MTV receives The 7th annual Tom Stoddard National Role Model Award for distinguished contribution to social change for the GLBT community. The event includes tributes by MTV's John Norris; GLSEN's Executive Director Kevin Jennings; Real World Executive Producer John Murray; and Real World Chicago's Chris and Aneesa. Special performances by South Africa Allen Bell's Dream Theatre, the Anna Crusis Women's Choir, and Special Celebrity Appearances highlight the evening. MTV's President of Entertainment Brian Graden, and Vice President for Strategic Partnerships Stephen Friedman accept the award. Special thanks to New York Director Robert Jay Cronin, Lighting Designer Peter Jakubowski, MTV's Stephen Friedman and Derek Brown.
