to create a national voucher program
that would have diverted taxpayer
dollars to religious schools.
Santorum voted to kill an amendment
that would have upheld the spirit
of current law by requiring states
to take steps to reduce the disproportionate
number of children of color who
come into contact with the juvenile
justice system.
