This film — produced by Equality Forum and directed by award-winning PBS documentary filmmaker Glenn Holsten — presents the pre-Stonewall story of Barbara Gittings, Frank Kameny and other GLBT civil rights activists who staged the first homosexual rights demonstrations in Washington, Philadelphia and New York from 1965 to 1969. Malcolm Lazin moderates a question and answer session with Barbara Gittings, Frank Kameny and Glenn Holsten, following the screening.
