Marriage Equality

Monday, May 1
8:30 PM - 9:45 PM
Prince Music Theater
1412 Chestnut Street
Free.

The legalization of same-sex marriage is currently one of the most controversial and polarizing issues in our society. The movement to allow same-sex couples the same legal rights as heterosexual couples is combated against the desire to "protect the moral sanctity" of marriage. Equal marriage rights for same-sex couples have expanded recently in a few U.S. states, but the initiative still faces much adversity on a broader national level.
