Polina Savchenko is the International Programs Coordinator of Vykhod(Coming Out), a St. Petersburg LGBT civil rights organization.
It is the first LGBT organization to be officially registered by the Russian government. Savchenko helps coordinate a three-year project for strengthening the LGBT movement in Russia.
