She has appeared on ABC’s "20/20" and is often quoted in media outlets such as The New York Times and National Public Radio. Wong serves on the national board of governors of Equality Forum. 



Amy Hanen (Panelist)
Associate Vice President, Diversity and Inclusion & Employee Experience Analytics
TD Bank

Amy Hanen is the associate vice president, diversity and inclusion & employee experience analytics for TD Bank. Part of the bank's mission is to be an extraordinary place to work. Her experience includes 20 years leading a wide range of human resources initiatives. Hanen serves on the advisory board of Egale Human Rights Trust, working to address LGBT youth homelessness in Toronto. She has spoken on LGBT workplace strategies in both Canada and the United States.

Amin Kassam serves as senior counsel at Bloomberg L.P., the leading global business and financial information company founded by the former mayor of New York City. Kassam is an active member of Bloomberg’s BPROUD (LGBT & ally) community and serves on the leadership committee of OUT in Law, a division of OUT Leadership.

Louis A. Thomas is an associate professor at the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. Previously he held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton and McKinsey & Co.
